After the waste gas removes the solid particulate matter by the primary filter in the adsorption tower, it enters the tower. After being adsorbed by the activated carbon layer, the waste gas molecules in the gas are removed to reach the purified gas that meets the emission standard and is discharged outside through the fan.
Principle of the activated carbon adsorption tank:
When the exhaust gas is powered by the fan and the negative pressure enters the adsorption box, it enters the activated carbon adsorption layer. Due to the unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gravity or chemical bond forces on the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent, when the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent contacts the gas, the gas molecules can be concentrated and kept on the activated carbon surface. This phenomenon is called adsorption.Using the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon adsorbent surface, the exhaust gas is in contact with the porous activated carbon adsorbent on the large surface, and the pollutants in the waste gas are adsorbed to the activated carbon surface, which is separated from the gas mixture, and the purified gas is discharged at high altitude.The activated carbon adsorption tank is a dry waste gas treatment equipment comprised of a box and an adsorption unit filled in the box.
